I was just talking to my mama during dinner, regarding Obama Barack, the present celebrity-status presidential nominee for USA (United States of America). It came to me as shocking and interesting when I first bumped into this Youtube video on the controversy of Obama's faith.
As we all know, USA's currency notes has this biblical quote "In God We Trust". They are a Christian country, or rather most of them claim to be lah. All the presidents they choose over the years, are of Christian faith. USA places high importance in their president's spiritual faith.
So, in that video, Obama slipped and unwittingly admits his Muslim faith. Horror of all horrors!
I told my mama, and she was as shocked. She mentioned that George W. Bush (Jr) is a good president to USA, and God has allowed him to be in 2 full terms successfully during the 911 attack in 2001, Saddam Hussein and the Iraq war in 2004 and more.
Many Christians believed that God has chosen Bush over many possible candidates and it was for a good reason. However we are in the minority, the entire universe seems to hate Bush so much. Ma said it's the antichrist spirit in them all.
However, now that Obama is up for presidency selection, Ma somehow said that he will be the one who's gonna destroy USA, in time to come, just as prophesied in the Book of Revelations. Creepy, I know. It's just a matter of time.
Ever since Obama was shortlisted as one of the nominees, the financial crisis at Wall Street started, out of the blue. Not a coincidence, I would say. I believe that God is displeased with the Americans' choice.
Funny thing is that, why are these Americans treating Obama like a celebrity. People faint, go hysterical and do crazy things when in his campaigns.
In this lighthearted video from Letterman's show, it stated the 10 promises that Obama has promised to the Americans, during his massive presidency campaign.
I was very surprised with Obama's No.1 promise: Vice President Oprah! My mama will faint if she hears this lah! Yes, this may be just a stupid joke altogether by Obama and Letterman, but it's quite sensitive to certan groups of people.
In fact, mama just told me this shocking fact, Oprah Winfrey has her own new-age religion - The Church of Oprah! OMG! I'm so shocked! Go google all you want. It is now known as the "Oprahfication" effect in America.
Her commandments are totally opposite from the Bible. She has her own discipling class online, to 500,000 people each session. She has forsaken God for fame. Sighs.

Hence, it is true that that verse exists in many books of the Bible, but apparently, she have already shut her ears to the reason why God was jealous for. He is jealous for you and me, for us, not of us!
She has a shallow mind and has shut her mind off Christianity since I-dunno-when. Now, she uses that verse quoted by the pastor of her previous church, as an excuse to denounce and put God down. In doing so, she persecutes, mocks and doubts God!
With that in mind, she is killing two birds with one stone, by casting doubts on those Christian believers who are new in biblical knowledge.
The Bible is the truth! John 14:6 "Jesus is the only way to God."
God is indeed love, but he is slow to anger. When He is angry, He is angry! Duh~
All these false prophets and false doctrines. They are so gonna destroy the world slowly with this load of bullshit. People, please dun believe such new-age religions/occults/deceivers! They are nonsense. I repeat, NONSENSE!!!
I tell you lah, Obama + Oprah = Destruction to America!
I'm not into politics, not even Singapore, what more America. However this is so disturbing that I had to say sth about it. Ok, back to Obama....

Watch out for the deceiver. He is just "revamping" Christianity through these rich-ass-smart-ass ignorant people.

I read your entry on 'Obama & Oprah bullshit' with much disdain, and I completely disagree with you. Firstly, the US is a secular state. By that, it means that the constitution guarantees the free exercise of religion and forbids the establishment of any religious governance. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." In other words, religion and politics do not go hand-in-hand. They are two completely different entities.
Secondly, religion really has nothing to do with how capable a president is. Obama has, time and again, showed he's a capable leader who'll bring the nation to greater heights than it already has. His faith does not play a part in his ability to bring the nation forward, but rather, his charisma and his potential that do. McCain, on the other hand, will bring the nation fifty years backwards. As far as Bush is concerned, he was hated not because he was Christian, but because of his absurdity. His administration was just flawed with loop holes that were never mended - something most Americans desired for.
