Night Out With the Starhub Pals

2 weeks ago, a great dinner was spent with the Starhub pals, at Shokudo Japanese Food Bazzar at Raffles City B1.

Siu Mei, Selena, Darren, Kae Shuan and me: all 5 ex-temp staff, who suffered greatly at Starhub Tampines in 2006, could finally meet up for a decent meal together.

We sure did have fun and we took lotsa stupid pics! It was a lil birthday celebration for the July babes, Mei and Shuan too. We got them Prestat chocolates, so expensive for just a few chocs lor!

Let the pics show you our evening then =) enjoy!

Our 1st round of dinner...
Grilled scallops, prawns, quail eggs wrapped in bacon strips!
Cold sake ;p
Jellyfish!
My favourite, sotong!!!

2nd round of dinner, no pics as we were too hungry and forgot about the camera =)

Dessert~ Mango Ice =p [with big mango chunks!]

Very satisfied us after dinner =D
Yes, this is the classic pic of the evening. Retards, we are.

Me: (looking at the pink plastic bag, wanting to eat the Prestat chocs inside) = not true!
Mei: (giving blur look to the sudden camera flash) What?
Darren: (the half-faced boy, who snapped that retarded pic of us) - just as stunned about the camera flash. LOL!

Drinks at a pub somewhere in Chijmes....
Trying our best to look very chilled-out mode, but fails to impress.
I spoilt the pretty pic of looking spaced out like those 2 babes beside me =X busy talking on the phone leh, people busy what....
Games time: Shuan loved to inflict pain on us girls :(

See the smile on Shuan's face? That's the sadistic smile as he smacked Mei's hand really hard lah!
Shuan thought us some kuku WAWA game. LOL!
...... and that funny "hmm-ji-ji" game, which made me laughed till I teared and stomach hurted.
Chilling out =)

Our historical 1st ever group pic together!
Darren & Shuan

Cheap Tuborg beer: 5 for $30...

I'm not a beer person, or rather Toborg tasted like fermented water lah. So bland and boring taste. Every1 had 2 bottles, I just had 1 and passed the other bottle to Shuan. I still prefer sake or wine or liquor lah.

Last but not least, the night scenery at Chijmes. Pretty goth and mysterious, I must say. All of us started snapping pics of the chapel that stood so ghostly in the night. Kinda unexpected this kinda stuff in Singapore. Something new for a change eh.

Negative mode.
Ugly night mode, with flash.
This is better =) love the colour and buildings and lightning!
B&W mode.
Sepia mode.

All in all, this final pic sums our night up =) a happy and fruitful one. Not forgetting the July babes, you guys are 1 year older liao. LOL! Cheers guys!
